INSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Prospection, articulation and engagement define the performance of the Institutional Development sector (DI), and consolidate Fundação Gol de Letra’s “way of being”.

This sector is responsible for the financial health, the proposition and the follow-up of the organization´s projects, and also for the communication and networking activities. Its focus is on the project’s viability and execution, as well as on institutional strengthening.

The base of Institutional Development is the mobilization of partnerships (companies, foundations, institutes, incentive law, individuals, events, mobilization campaigns), which include the relationship with individuals and legal entities, project development, resource attracting and rendering of accounts.

Communications support the resource prospection actions, besides strengthening the institutional presence in front of the companies and the civil society, calling people´s attention to Sports and Education´s beneficial activities. The Organization´s official channels are used for that (website, blog, social networks, bulletins), as well as the Press and the Interinstitutional Relationships. Concerning the programmes and projects, the activitiesare informed by the Communications sector to the assisted communities via posters, flyers, banners, among others.

 

 

The French version of Gol de Letra was established in 2002, an initiative taken by some friends of the founders of Fundação Gol de Letra, Rai and Leonardo.

Its object is promoting the work of Fundação Gol de Letra in several events, articulating actions and partnerships, besides getting resources from foreign companies, mainly in France.

The representative office, located in Paris, publishes the annual edition of the Trophée Gol de Letra, an event  that takes place since 2003 and that originated the Gol de Letra Tournament in Brazil. The office is also responsible for the organization of the French stage of young students´ interexchange, done in partnership with the French sports organization named Sport dans La Ville. All the resources obtained by this French Association are used in Gol de Letra´s projects in Brazil.

A football match, besides being fun, can also be the result of an engagement, a commitment to raise resources. That´s the purpose of Fundação Gol de Letra´s tournament, which, besides being the biggest social football championship disputed by Brazilian companies, it is the institution´s main fund raising event.

Football is the Tournament´s driving force that also fosters the sports activities and integrates the companies, which are all socially committed. It is also an excellent action to engage collaborators, as the teams play matches between themselves, and have the opportunity to play in the biggest Brazilian arenas (Maracanã in Rio and Morumbi in São Paulo).

The party also counts on the presence of Brazilian football stars, athletes of other modalities, and artists, that enter the court to play with Goal de Letra´s Team (formed by representatives of all the participating companies). They also take part in a talk show, depending on the event´s modality. There are annual editions in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Paris.

• Mobilization Campaign: actions done via the association of Fundação Gol de Letra´s brand with interested companies, to raise financial resources.

Gol de Letra Tournament: Football matches between companies that take place annually in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Paris; the revenue is dedicated to the maintenance of the Foundation’s programs and projects.

Nota Fiscal Paulista (Tax Invoice for Sales to Consumer): You can donate the credits obtained with your Tax Invoice for Sales to Consumer (Nota Fiscal Paulista) to Gol de Letra Foundation.
