The objective is using football practice to discuss the gender issue in sports. It counts on “Young leaders” and district residents to foster the participation of girls in sports activities and discuss the theme outside the courts. This three-year project started in 2016, in São Paulo, and is supported by the Cityzens Giving Project, launched by the British football club Manchester City.
