Established in September 2016 it offers 7 technical courses to Young people between 17 and 30 years of age, at Caju´s Educational and Professionalizing Center, besides the basic education (Elementary, High School and Prep courses) for adults that want to complete their studies. The project is the result of a 5 year partnership with Nissan Institute. This project also incorporates “Gol de Trabalho” (Work Goal), a project focused on back-office routines, that took place between 2010 and 2016 and was attended by young people and adults.
